Maintain a centralised stock of all uniform items taking into consideration usage rates in previous years and predicated usage levels over the next 12 months.
Ensure all new joiners to LCHS have the uniform needed to commence employment, while working with managers to best support new employees requirements and working within agreed timescales.
Ensure replenishment of individual uniform items are supplied in a timely manner Have the autonomy to design the uniform delivery function to meet operational needs but stay within trust policies and guidance.
Report to the Team lead when required to provide a shared situational awareness of how the distribution of uniform & PPE is performing.
Purchase uniform for the whole trust using the Trusts e-procurement system and receipt in goods when they arrive Maintain oversight on the trusts uniform budget to ensure good financial controls are maintained.
Use of PPE Asset Management systems to receive goods in, maintain resilient stock levels and allocate deliveries Maintain detailed records such as stock inventory levels and usage per team/individual.
Engage with key stakeholders to pre-empt seasonal surges and minimize delays To be responsible for collating reports on all aspects of uniform ensuring interpretation and understanding for the target audience is met.
Identify areas for improvement within the warehousing and distribution environment and propose changes to inform service development and trust policy.
