This is a an opportunity to join a reputable organisation as Damp & Mould Surveyor required immediately for a 6-12 month contract
As the Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will be working on a hybrid basis, covering housing stock all around Bristol and surrounding areas with business mileage covered with an hourly rate up to 35ph

Damp & Mould Surveyor duties:

  • Undertake intrusive full property damp and mould assessments in customers homes
  • Conduct a condition survey in order to establish the condition of the residence
  • Manage remedial works delivered through external contractors
  • Assist in regular contractor performance meetings, monitor contractor performance and ensure continuous improvement and develop improvement plans where needed

To be successful as the Damp & Mould Surveyor, you need:

  • Previous experience identifying and dealing with Damp & Mould or experience coming from a similar role working as a Damp and Mould Surveyor.
  • Experienced Surveyor with Social Housing or Local Authority experience.
  • HNC or HND qualification

Experience of preparing, monitoring and managing contract works from minor contracts to complex contracts and reporting on and controlling expenditure of approved budgets.
