Salary:
NJC Grade E SCP 12-17, £ £14.91 per hour plus 2 increments for weekend working.

There is a requirement for flexibility in the role to ensure the needs of the service users are fully met, ensuring a person-centred approach.


The successful applicant will join an established service providing a range of support including some aspects of personal care, safe administration of medication, assistance with the making of food and drinks, domestic duties where appropriate and all aspects of record keeping in line with service guidelines, policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will be required to work across the service with various individuals.

Team work and communication with colleagues is important and as most of the shifts involve 'lone working', often in some difficult and challenging environments, compliance with all Health and Safety regulations is essential.


Previous experience of working within a care and support setting is essential, with a good knowledge of individuals who may demonstrate challenging behaviour.
