National Gas has legally separated from National Grid, and now is an exciting time for us as we grow a new specialised team in our talented shared service centre, separating from a legacy system and building new systems with our own solutions. We are looking for a Concur Analyst , who can operate technical and non-technical aspects of Concur, and its connections with other applications. You'll establish compliance with policy, processes, and controls, and ensure knowledge is gathered and maintained to support and cover other systems within the team as appropriate.

A typical day would include:

  • Monitor daily integrations, feeds and reports to ensure remediation of any issues or failures.
  • Maintenance activities.
  • Support for users issues and queries via the Service Now Tool.
  • Look to ensure continuity of service excellence.
  • Ensure controls and policies are operated and documented.
Who we're looking for:

You've got proven experience from a shared service centre environment using Concur ( SAP Concur certified ) and have:

  • An understanding of workflow approval-based logic.
  • The ability to document and explain business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical awareness

  • Salary circa £40,000 (dependant on experience)
