Position Overview:

As a Senior Partner Manager at Ecologi, you are celebrated as a leader, mentor, and expert within the company. This nurturing role requires a deep understanding of partnership dynamics and an unwavering commitment to climate action. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partnerships with B2B2B and B2B2C businesses to drive impactful climate initiatives. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Sales & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, cultivate, and establish new strategic partnerships with businesses that align with Ecologi's mission and goals.
  • Utilise your industry expertise to assess potential partners, negotiate terms, and formalise agreements that are mutually beneficial.
  • Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and providing exceptional support to maximise partner success.
  • Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration with Ecologi's systems and processes.
  • Provide training and resources to partners to effectively utilise Ecologi's suite of climate solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative partner sales channels, developing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Independently accountable for revenue generation and performance metrics within your portfolio of partners.
  • Play a key role in influencing the overall partnership strategy, contributing insights and expertise to shape strategic decisions.
The Day-to-Day:
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses focused on B2B2B and B2B2C models, as well as other relevant stakeholders, to advance Ecologi's mission and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver on partner commitments and exceed expectations.
  • Proactively prospect and secure new partnership opportunities, leveraging Ecologi's unique suite of climate solutions to address partners' sustainability needs and objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration and foster alignment between partners and internal teams to develop customised and best-in-class solutions tailored to partners' specific requirements and goals.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics related to partner engagement, revenue generation, and impact outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports to communicate progress and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong working relationships at all levels, utilising effective communication skills to inspire and motivate others.
  • Collaborate with others by aligning and adjusting complex work to achieve superior outcomes with minimal guidance.
  • Actively plan and align product, project, and company communications and dependencies to achieve common goals.
  • Foster open communication across teams to provide updates on products/projects (e.g., timeline, scope, milestones) and gather feedback for improved alignment.
About You:
  • Proven track record in partnership management and new business development, ideally within SaaS, ESG, or climate-based technologies.
  • Experience with solution value-based selling and sales methodologies such as SPIN, SPICED, Challenger, MEDDPICC, or SCOTSMAN.
  • Confident presenter and negotiator, adept at managing complex contract negotiations.
  • Experience with CRM solutions, including HubSpot, and outbound sales engagement tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and climate action, with a genuine commitment to driving positive change.

Flexible Working hours - 9:30am to 3:30pm are our core working hours and the rest is flexible. We work around your productivity

Location - We are a remote-first company, with access to office space in London and Bristol. Whilst we offer flexible working, we're ideally looking for someone that is primarily based in the UK and willing to travel for regular meet-ups.

Enhanced parental leave - we support you through your journey If you've been with us for a minimum of 26 weeks up to any day in the Qualifying week, you'll get 12 weeks at 90% of average pay if you're the primary carer and 2 weeks full pay + 4 weeks at 50% if you're the secondary carer.
