Reporting into the Growth Director and working closely with the Marketing Manager and New Business Lead, you will play a key role in scaling the brand through developing high quality content and taking ownership of brand tone of voice. The team offer a wide variety of fantastic benefits inc. hybrid working (1 day per week in their London office), 25 days AL + BH + 3-day Xmas closure, profit share bonus, health insurance, pension plan, company retreats and much more.
This varied and hands-on Content Specialist role offers the chance to create, write, and design content for online and offline channels across the entire business. Whether you're creating content for articles, blogs, video scripts, social posts, sales collateral, or event materials, the team are searching for a talented storyteller who prioritises speed, quality, and snappy content Monitoring trends, competitor activity, and content performance will be a few of your key responsibilities and taking ownership of TOV and pitching new ideas will be a focus.
This Content Specialist role would best suit a results-driven and hands-on creative who is looking for a new opportunity that offers plenty of ownership, autonomy, and creative freedom
What do I need?
- Ideally 5 years' content creation experience, B2B or B2C, either in-house or agency side.
- Passionate storyteller, experienced in writing both long and short-form content across various formats.
- Hands-on and organised creative who knows how to engage and entertain a target audience and create visually appealing content.
