Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a well-established client with offices in the Haywards Heath area.

They are looking for a Finance Assistant on a full time permanent basis to assist with a range of banking and treasury duties, reportinginto the Financial Operations Manager.

This permanent role will offer hybrid working, and duties will include:

  • Preparing payments for processing and maintain the timetable for the function
  • Updating cashflow forecasting
  • Manage and resolve any queries
  • Regular cheque processing and cash banking
  • Processing treasury inbox in a timely manner
  • Online banking
  • Supporting the finance function with any transactional investigations/issues
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ad hoc duties to support the finance operations team and wider finance teams

Essential experience:

  • Knowledge and handson experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable and doubleentry bookkeeping
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to commute to offices 2 days per week.
