We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Assistant Manager to join our ambitious and friendly team. As a Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting in the training and development of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring deadlines are met and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in tax and accounting principles.
  • Tax Return Preparation: Prepare Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Capital Gains Tax Property Returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate expertise in tax and accounting principles, including tax compliance and portfolio management.
  • Tax Compliance Management: Assist the Tax Manager in managing tax compliance for a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring all tax obligations are met.

Requirements

  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a solid foundation in tax and accounting principles, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
