Are you a Facilities Engineer from an M&E projects background looking for an autonomous and varied role providing the opportunity to oversee Maintenance of the Kings Official Residences in a role offering a 15% Pension and the chance to make an impact on globallyrecognisable properties?

Based in Buckingham Palace, The Royal Mews, St James Palace and Kensington Palace, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the buildings making sure work is planned and delivered accordingly.


This will include:

planning; preparation of specifications, schedules of work and simple working drawings; management of the tender process; appointment of consultants and contractors; supervision through to completion and settlement of final accounts.

This role would suit a Facilities Engineer experienced in managing tender and bid processes. On a day-to-day basis you will undertake end-to-end management of a range of works, varying in scope and scale.

The Role:

  • To liaise closely with Property Section colleagues to ensure that work is appropriately coordinated
  • 37.5 hour week (Flexible start / finish times)
