The Role:

nHigh level strategic Regional Account Manager working with National House Builders and Regional DevelopersnWorking at Head Office level, negotiating with Chief Buyers and senior purchasing/procurement managers developing relationships.nWill be conducting product reviews and devising/implementing business plans.nWorking across the North of England up to the Scottish Borders.nYour role may take you to Scotland from time to time.

nManaging relationships and promoting the company's products to National and Regional House Builders/DevelopersnAccount Management of large well established accountsnBusiness Development of a high performing patch with strong potential for growthnLooking after the North Homes Counties and East Anglia Region

The Ideal Person:

nMust have experience working with National or Regional House Builders/developersnProven track record of account management and business development within the National and Regional House BuildersnProven track record of account management and business development within the KBB Sector ideally.

nIdeal candidate; self motivated, extremely organised, hard working, open and approachable, team player, good sense of humournSomeone willing to join a long standing successful company with a vision of progression their career
