Long Term Site Labourer in Semington

Hays Recruitment are recruiting for a long term site labourer to join our client on the next phase of their site.


Your new company
Our client is a massive house builder, with sites all across the UK.

They are currently looking for local labourers to join their project in Semington to support with the next phase of the build.


Your new role

You will be responsible for keeping the site clean & tidy, as well as looking after the completed plots and ensure they are clear, neat & tidy ready to hand over to the customers.

You will also be support any on site trades with manual lifting & moving of materialsacross site.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • CSCS Card is required
  • Own PPE is required
  • Own travel is beneficial
  • Experience on busy housing sites beneficial
  • Experience in construction is essential
  • Heavy lifting is part of the job so being fit & healthy will be beneficial

What you'll get in return:

  • Rate: £12.50 to £13.50 depending on experience
  • On going position with an established client, who have other sites across the area
  • Weekly pay
  • Monday to Friday Shifts
  • Weekend Overtime available
  • Access to exclusive jobs whilst working with Hays Recruitment
