We currently have a new opportunity for a Full Time Compliance Manager , based in our Leeds or Manchester Office.
The Compliance Manager is responsible for keeping Reward compliant with appropriate external regulations and internal policies. Implementing and embedding any regulatory changes, to ensure the business is adhering to internal policies.Liaise with professional advisers to identify regulatory changes that will impact Reward.
Assess the impact of any changes and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all changes are communicated to the relevant colleagues, policies updated, and appropriate training provided.
On going review of existing policies to ensure they remain compliant.Undertaking risk assessments and identifying any arrears for improvement.
Completing periodic returns to regulatory bodies and submission of Suspicious Activity Reports.
To act as first point of contact for internal enquiries regarding regulatory matters including anti-money laundering and GDPR.
Responsible for actioning and replying to Data Subject Access Requests.
Undertake business assurance testing to ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to.
Represent the business whilst maintaining our reputation.
Provide feedback to the business on common themes, development opportunities and insight gained.
Share knowledge and experience with the wider business, to support best practice and the importance of adhering to the Risk framework.
Support the wider Risk team with ad-hoc tasks as required.Have a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory framework (Anti-Money Laundering, GDPR & Financial Crime).
Ability to assess the relevance of any regulatory changes and their impact on Reward.
Excellent attention to detail, including the administration and handling of client data.
