We are looking to grow our panel by recruiting individuals like you who have a keen interest in Market Research and affecting change.


As a Field interviewer, you will work across a multitude of studies such as civil justice, environment, media, health, education, environment, gender equality etc.

gathering vital feedback and opinions from the UK public. This data is fed back to organisations and governments, which directly affect the outcomes of their decisions.

No experience required. Our award-winning training has been designed to help you build the skills and knowledge you need to be successful. All you need is a natural ability to build rapport with people by being personable and a self-drive to meet targets

What we need from you:

  • Happy and confident to knock on the doors of people who are not expecting you come rain or shine
  • This role is flexible, but we ask of a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week evening and weekend working is essential.
  • You have a valid driving license that allows you to drive in the UK and a fully insured vehicle as travel between 3050miles can be expected.
  • Working broadband at home you will need this to attend your virtual training workshops and complete your admin.
  • Comfortable with technology you will receive a tablet where you can access and capture all project scripts and data.
  • Commitment to build a new skill and learn what it takes to be a Field Interviewer. The first few weeks in training can be intense but that's ok, because you are learning something new that will only add value to your life

What's in it for you?

  • We will pay you £500 as a joining bonus at the end of your training period once you graduate onto our established panel.
  • Supported pay whilst you develop your skills in Field of £11£12 per hour during your training period. Once you have successfully completed this period, you will move to performance related pay, where your earning potential will be much greater. You will be paid per completed survey and receive additional incentive payments and quarterly bonuses.
  • Dedicated support hub available to resolve any issues you may face whilst out in the field.
  • Accredited training period, including the best infield interview support, online modules, and new interview support team in the industry
