To provide patient scheduling and administration support, working as part of the Community Diagnostic Centre team but also working flexibly across the cardiac directorate as required, maintaining a high quality of service to patients, carers and other contacts.


  • Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems.
  • Scheduling of patients with adherence to Trust and Directorate policies and protocols
  • Provision of excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who visit or contact the service.
  • Work flexibly across departments within the Directorate as required
  • Contribution to positive patient experiences
