This role is critical within the NHSPS business to facilitate its aim to Get, Grow & Keep great people.

The role will also require an adaptive and flexible approach to support a multitude of stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner.


  • Collaborate and maintaining great relationships with all hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Post and update job advertisements to relative platforms, ensuring content remains accurate and engaging.
  • Assist in facilitation of assessments.
The successful applicant must have experience of 360 recruitment, ideally with a specialism in Digital/finance.


We also offer; 27 days holiday not including bank holidays, access to group personal pension plan including SMART contributions into which the company will contribute up to 6% towards your savings, training and development opportunities and NHS discounts.
