JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT


To provide day-to-day support to the business through the effective administration of test results and the generation and sending of test reports for clients.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES

  • Prepare test reports
  • Enter test results from worksheets and paper documents
  • Check draft reports for analysis queries
  • Maintain 'Work in Progress' (WIP) List
  • Send final test report
  • Liaise with clients regarding test reports
  • Take client queries
