Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Compliance Assistant to join our office team.


As a Compliance Assistant, you role will involve working with relevant managers to ensure compliance across our company fleet and workforce.


Duties to include:

  • Compliance for the entire fleet and all drivers
  • Monitoring vehicles to ensure that all checks are being correctly completed and logged.
  • Monitoring internal software to ensure the compliance of vehicle drivers.
  • Assisting with the planning and facilitating planned maintenance of the fleet: Servicing, MOT's etc.
  • Incident reporting.
  • Assist managers with investigations relating to the fleet.
  • Monitor Vehicle and Fleet insurances to ensure ontime renewal.
  • Monitoring and notifying relevant departments of expiring checks and training relating to vehicles and drivers, to facilitate on time renewal.
  • Actively promote to relevant parties, any areas of the fleet / driver's, requiring improvement.

Must have:

  • Administration Experience within a fastpaced company
  • Problem Solver and ability to take initiative.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administration position.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships.
  • Experience of databases
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook

Desirable to have:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience within the transport sector

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
