Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
Manage kitchen staff and allocate tasks accordingly
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Train and mentor team members on food safety practices and culinary techniques
Create breakfast menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Implement health and safety regulations in the kitchen area

Skills:
