Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Manage kitchen staff and allocate tasks accordingly
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Train and mentor team members on food safety practices and culinary techniques
- Create breakfast menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement health and safety regulations in the kitchen area

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.64 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
