Sales Administrator
Fulltime but will consider 4 days for the right fit.

Some Saturday working with a day off in the week (not every Saturday)

£ ph dependant on experience

Working in the Solihull area

Office work only no home working

Liaise with customers about their designs.


Pricing, quoting and then ordering from a design and liaising with suppliers to make sure it is correct and delivered in a timely manner.

Assisting directors with everyday administrative duties.

Booking appointments and updating the calendar.

Liaising with sub-contractors and booking in the work schedules.

Assisting with front of house, greeting customers and offering refreshments.

Answering the phones and taking messages.

2-3 year's experience of sales administration within a design industry such as bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms.

Computer literate with experience in all word programmes.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
£10.50-£14.00 per hour
