To be considered for the Senior Occupational Therapist role you will:
  • Diploma / BSC (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
  • Current and valid Registration with Health & Care Professions Council in the UK

  • Ability to confidently assess and manage risk in relation to occupational performance

The role of a Senior Occupational Therapist:
  • This role carries no line management responsibilities, but the post holder will have a responsibility to mentor and supervise more junior members of the team
  • The post holder will be expected to work effectively with the Therapy team, the nursing teams and the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team
  • Responsible for working alongside and/or supporting volunteers, assistants, and students within their team
