The Category Lead holds a management level of responsibility across a core category within partner management; responsible for maintaining relationships and go to market strategies to support business growth in line with CDW growth Pillars

Main responsibilities include:

  • Define the UK & International category level business plan and GTM strategies to support business growth, in line with global counterparts
  • Work closely with executive stakeholders to develop new markets and lead new strategies to drive business growth, including managed and professional services portfolio
  • Maintain full compliance across category in line with partner managers
  • Work closely with technical and sales leaders to create upsell opportunities in new/existing markets to drive revenue and profitability, including partner investment plans
  • Act as market expert across aligned category and provide expertise knowledge internally across different business units
  • Define and lead category wide marketing initiatives to promote go to markets
  • UK and International travel will be required (approximately 30%)

Knowledge & Experience:
