Are you ready to join our team at Middleton Brewery as a Brewery Engineer on a permanent basis? In this role, you will be working on a range of classic British Brands as well as authentic Japanese seasonings and vinegar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety, asset reliability, and regulatory compliance are top priorities
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance and identify corrective maintenance needs
  • Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in computer systems such as Computer Maintenance Management, Scada, and Microsoft Office
  • Adhere to the Mizkan principles of delivering high-quality products and challenging the status quo

Shifts:

  • Three-week rotation: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / nightshift
  • Quarterly Bonus
