We are Camphill Wakefield; a community land-based residential college.
Set within our exceptional 34-acre estate, we have a working farm with a range of animals and stables; a large horticulture garden; together with pottery, têxtiles and woodwork workshops within a purpose-built Hub.
We provide a range of life skills and employability pathways to meet our 70 SEND students' needs, including high quality residential accommodation on our campus and an adult social care service.
We are seeking an experiencedRecruitment Administrator who can provide support to the HR team.
This is a vital role within the HR team to recruit and onboard new starters into the wider business.
As an integral member of the HR team, you will provide Recruitment Administration support, undertaking duties across a range of recruitment activities including recruitment and selection administration.
You will be proactive and assertive, with a professional approach and a proven ability to communicate effectively to different members of the team.
You will be organised, with the aptitude to prioritise your workload and have a good attention to detail, whilst being able to work well under pressure.
To be considered for this role you MUST have previous experience of the following:
- Accurately updating the in-house systems, maintaining, and tracking progress and archiving of data as required.
- Calls to applicants to book in interviews and other general administrative duties.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Good ethical judgment.
- Good team spirit
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- The position is very administration intensive.
And Day to Day?..
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the HR team with the full recruitment and onboarding process including:
- Checking job descriptions
- Placing job advertisements online
- Arranging interviews
- Rejecting unsuccessful applicants
- Managing new starter process, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with systems integration including updating employee records and keeping employee master spreadsheet up to date.
- General administrative duties including writing letters to confirm changes in employment terms, responding to employment reference requests and HR filing including archiving leaver's files.
- Respond to basic HR queries on a daytoday basis.
- Undertake adhoc projects as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
