Requirements as a Waking Night Senior Care Assistant

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is mandatory.
  • Full right to work to work in the UK (SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE)
  • Experience in supervising junior staff.
  • Experience in delegating work, providing feedback, and conducting supervisions.
  • Experience working within an elderly residential setting and supporting residents with Dementia.
  • Drivers preferred but not essential.

What do we ask of you as a Waking Night Senior Care Assistant

  • Able to work flexibly on a rota including weekend working.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within health and social care.
  • Able to demonstrate compassion and promote dignity to those supported.
