About the role:


We have a great opportunity for a client focused individual to join our Birmingham office on a part time basis as a Client Experience Coordinator.

As a Client Experience Coordinator you will be required to deliver a 5* Client Service to both our internal and external clients.

Within this role you will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting seminars, meetings, events and working closely with other operational teams and internal and external service partners.
  • Maintenance of the room booking system (Rendezvous) and supporting internal stakeholders with bookings.
  • Provide timely responses and appropriate solutions in order to maintain a high level of customer service.


This role is a part time role working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday covering core working hours from 7.30am to 5.30pm.

Your hours will be on a rotating basis of 7.30am to 3.30pm and 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Known as the backbone of the firm, Operations is the central hub with a number of diverse teams who all have a keen focus on service delivery.

About you:


We are looking for someone who has experience in providing an excellent service to clients both internally and externally, with the understanding the importance a first impression can have.

To this role you will bring exceptional communication skills demonstrating a professional, friendly and helpful attitude to work with the ability to remain calm under pressure delivering excellent client service consistently.

You will be working alongside a small team and therefore willingness and flexibility within each task undertaken including assisting with annual leave and sickness cover is imperative to ensure the single team ethos is maintained.
