Weare looking for a central reservationist to join our central reservations team.The successful candidate will join our friendly team,taking bookings for the Brownsword and Abode hotel collection. Working withinthis team you will interact with our guests on a daily basis within a fastpaced environment, delivering excellent levels of customer service. Respondingto guest calls and emails for our 4 Abode hotels and 8 hotels from theBrownsword collection.

Location : Our central reservations team are based atthe ABode Chester, located in the heart of the city and has a modern, stylishand sophisticated design, making it a joy to work in.

Hours : Full time. The office is open 7 days, shiftswill cover 5 days

What you'll need;

· Previous hotel reception or reservations experience – minimum 6months

· Strong administration skills and confident using Opera PMS

· Basic understanding of group bookings may be helpful – but notessential

· Self confidence, energy and enthusiasm

· Excellent customer service skills

· The ability to remain calm in a busy office environment

What you'll be doing:

· Responding to all individual and group enquiriesvia telephone and email in an efficient and timely manner and inline withcompany SOP's

· Providing potential guests with the correct andup to date information on bedroom availability, pricing and dinner & spaavailability

· Updating all online bookings in line with thecompany SOPs

· Managing daily arrival checks and none arrivalchecks

· Providing excellent product knowledge of allhotels, their facilities, packages and offers at all times

· Upselling and cross selling across all outletsand properties

· Delivering excellent customer service to allinternal and external customers
