Our Client:
Is an award winning lettings 'only' agency with offices in Wimbledon, Battersea and Earlsfield. They are a supportive workplace 'family', with a great work ethic, who know how to have fun too.
As a Property Services Administrator it is vital that you are passionate about delivering quality customer service and have meticulous attention to detail.
To be successful in this demanding role you must display professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, resilience, and determination. You must be flexible and reliable with exceptional inter-personal skills and a strong work ethic.General Duties:
- Arranging and facilitating all pre tenancy compliance
- Accommodate tenancy move in's ensuring a seamless journey for both clients and tenants.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinating all end of tenancies
- Answering any general tenancy questions and Queries
- Oversee all arrangements for the department
- Execution of legal documentation
- Oversee all deposit protections
- Completing all renewal extensions and associated paperwork
- Coordinating the termination process
- Assisting the Director of Property Services and Tenancy Manager
- Excellent Communication and customer service skills.
- Passionate about delivery exceptional service
- Has shown excellent organisational skills in a busy Professional environment
- Manage a varied and complex workload
- PC literate with experience in using Microsoft Office suite, specifically including Excel and Outlook. knowledge of Jupix, although not essential
- Time flexible and proven experience with working as part of a busy team that is driven to provide excellent customer services externally and internally
- Exceptional attention to detail
