Our client is an independent estate agency chain that focuses on all aspects of residential real estate. They started their company because they wanted to establish an agency that they could rely on.
The goal was to create a friendly, knowledgeable, professionalestate agency that prioritised the needs of the client over the needs of the agency.
Our client not only provides excellent service, but it is also an excellent place to work.Key Responsibilities
- Effectively organise compliance documents, such as GSC's/EICR's/EPC's.
- Provide support to Property Managers as and when required.
- Ensure all invoices are processed for respective maintenance jobs.
- Processing council tax/utility bills between tenancies.
- Supporting the office in general administration such an ordering office supplies, stationery and printing/filing invoices.
- Ensuring check ins/outs are undertaken.
- Providing cover for colleagues.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the office.
