My client is a forward-thinking and well-established law firm on the lookout for an Employment Solicitor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents with precision and attention to detail.Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients across a range of contentious employment matters.Representing clients in tribunals, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.Building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified Solicitor with a passion for employment law (NQ plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, both within the firm and in the broader legal community.Benefits:
