The role is temp - perm working a minimum of 37.5 hours a week and ideally an early start would be beneficial due to working with businesses and clients in different time zones.

Summary of job responsibilities:

  • Directly support the Technical Recruitment team with onboarding & mobilising their contractors internationally.
  • Document sharing & collecting to ensure compliance is followed start to finish
  • Supporting the booking of travel arrangements when requested by clients
  • Issue the CEO with weekly summary reports
Job description

Operations & Mobilisation specialist, your role will be divided into 4 main categories.

  • Process Management
  • Compliance
  • Contractor Onboarding/offboarding
  • Research & Development - New country requirements for visas & immigratio
Process Management

Responsible for.

  • Management & development of current internal/external processes.
  • Direct communication with the CEO, to present new processes to improve compliance or efficiency.

Examples of processes:
Onboarding/Offboarding, Data collection, IR35 checks, Timesheet management, Visa processing & contractor management/aftercare.

Contractor Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Management/Support of consultant onboarding & offboarding
  • Personal Data & Certification checks
  • Internal CRM updates
  • Visa processing support and liaison with visa agents/embassies
  • Mobilisation / De mobilisation coordination & Planning support
  • Movement reporting
New country R&D


As a business, we have a collective experience of trading in 42 countries globally with over 50 clients, as part of your role you will support the business with research and compliance when entering trade within new countries.


Support may include, researching visa requirements for our workers, a basic summary of tax liabilities, potential political instabilities that presents an adverse risk for the business, and identifying local partner companies that can assist with in-country compliance.

To support the business's growth into new territories while assuring compliance and due diligence are up to date.

Over time the role may also develop into compliance aspects such as compliance matters both internally & externally, supporting

  • Company Insurance Management/Negotiation on insurance renewals
  • IR35 Compliance checks
  • Contract reviews (Compliance requirements & risks)
  • Internal employee adherence to compliance guidelines reviews
  • Vendor relationship development
  • Support with debt reminders/collection to clients
  • Conduct audits on company procedures & practices periodically
  • Tender support
Reporting line/Communicates with

  • Direct reporting line to CEO
  • Communication with sales teams, external vendors and clients.
Skills required

  • Experience working SIMOPS (Simultaneous operations)
  • Ability to selfmanage tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Compliance experience is highly preferred
  • Recruitment company background, international trade or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong process management & implementation

  • Confidence to speak with vendors & clients
