You will need to register if you do not already have an account To perform and assist in the provision of holistic, high quality, evidence-based health care to a defined local population, working within an appropriate supervisory and monitoring framework, to an agreed, multi-disciplinary treatment plan by providing and managing ongoing treatment, teaching and instruction to their own referred caseload of patients.

The post holder will be expected to implement, modify and evaluate these programmes of treatment without direct supervision.


The post holder will organise and prioritise their own day to day work tasks and activities, and delegate tasks to Band 3 colleagues.

To assess individual health needs and identify desired goals and outcomes of interventions.

Such duties/procedures will include:
Therapeutic equipment/aid supply, instruction and supervision/ evaluation of use. Supporting people during clinical procedures.
