The position as a Retrofit Assessor focusses on upgrading the properties to ensure they are built according to the government regulations. Fantastic training and learning opportunities are offered, with this position coming available due to an internal promotion. Responsibilities would typically include:
  • Undertaking Retrofit Assessments on the housing stock in line with PAS 2035

  • Creation of accurate floor plans and reports based on findings
  • To work with the Retrofit Coordinator to make appropriate suggestions to the housing stock based on findings
Job Details

  • Experience within the construction/ property sector
  • A qualification in a construction related discipline
  • A driving license
  • Retrofit qualifications are desirable but not essential due to training offered
