We have an exciting opportunity to join our Family Support Services Team working in our pre and post bereavement service.

We are a small, friendly clinical team who collectively support the holistic care and well-being of our patients, carers and families in end of life care and bereavement care.


Working in collaboration with the Family Support Service Manager & Counselling Coordinator, the successful applicant will need a professional qualification in counselling, experience and appropriate professional training with BACP membership and registration.

You will support with the delivery of a comprehensive and effective Family Support Service, including supportive calls, triage, assessment and delivery of 1:1 counselling.
