To ensure the efficient and effective administration of the sales order processing function.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Review pending sales orders and expedite in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is correct filed and archived as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate checking of all orders input onto the system and making sales order amendments were necessary.
  • Ensure all sales order checking/processing is complete prior to production schedule run deadline.
  • Set up/Update site files with quote revisions and any additional information as necessary.
  • Ensure departmental procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure development and improvement in operation of the department and its procedures.
  • Provide regular progress/communication updates to developers and customers.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Team Leader.

Skills and qualifications:

  • IT skills are essential.

£22,971.00 per year
