Are you a creative and hardworking individual ready to make a splash in the world of large format printing and finishing? Lexon GB Ltd is now recruiting for a Large Format Print Operative in South Wales

We are a well established, busy, friendly and dynamic print company, working with national and global brands and retailers and pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our innovative team and contribute to the production and finishing for a variety of eye-catching large format print jobs including posters, display boards, vinyl graphics, banners, point-of-sale materials, packaging, wall murals and so much more.

Working at our unit near Blackwood, which houses our state-of-the art printing and finishing equipment, you would bring your experience to this key role in our production team.

Your responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Printing with precision and attention to detail.
- Finishing projects in a timely manner.
- Accurately interpreting orders and ensuring top-notch quality.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
- Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.
- Flightcheck customer artwork to ensure it is print ready.
- Handling pre-press tasks, sending jobs to print, finishing, and expertly packing for shipping.

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Experienced with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Punctual, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving mindset.
- Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box.
- Driving licence preferable.

**Salary**: £21,541.72-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to Relocate:

- Blackwood: Relocate before starting work (required)
