Personal Assistant to Managing Director

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA with experience and exposure working on HR systems. This role is being offered in a temporary capacity and is expected to be required for 6 months.

  • Duties
  • Provide first class and confidential PA and administrative support to the Managing Director and to other senior Directors when required
  • Effective diary management
  • Organising internal and external meetings and taking minutes
  • Booking of travel, accommodation and meeting venues
  • Preparation of Management reports
  • Overseeing & monitoring and acting as a reference point regarding HR requirements, ensuring matters are dealt with in professional manner and in line with procedures
  • Development of the HR systems and processes and administering pay increases and bonuses
Key Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to plan, organise and multitask.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Effective planning and organising skills.
  • Good levels of numeracy, literacy and accurate minute taking.
  • Excellent level of IT skills and ability to learn and use new IT systems as required.
  • Some HR knowledge with the ability and willingness to expand this knowledge.
This role is being offered with an immediate start and has free parking on site.
