This incredible company are looking for a Finance Manager/Credit Control Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis.

This company is well established and is well known within its industry. This role will involve the management of 3 direct reports as well as overseeing the whole credit control function. You should confident in your knowledge of the Credit Control functionto be considered for the position.

This client is eager to find someone who can hit the ground running and help motivate a team as its looking likely they will be implementing a new system shortly.

They want somebody to join them who can encourage a team to work to the best of their abilityand provide support along the way.

Duties will include:

  • Working closely with the sales team to help deliver excellent customer service
  • Supporting your team to efficiently collect debt in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with clients to achieve credit solutions
  • Manage 3 direct reports across the transactional finance function
  • Ensure all credit control procedures are followed
  • You will be responsible for all credit control duties and cash collection
  • You will be assisting the implementation of new software

You will:

  • Be analytically minded
  • Be able to motivate a team to hit deadlines
  • Able to help push through and implement new procedures
  • Have solid Credit Control experience
  • Have experience in the steel industry (desirable)
  • Be familiar with credit insurance (desirable)
