- HNC Childhood Practice Qualification or above.
- Eligible for registration with SSSC.
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents.
- Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas.

Many factors contribute to our success, but quite simply, at Belmont House School, we value every child for the individual that they are.
We do this through our small school roll of just 300 and average class sizes of 12-15 pupils.Every child receives the personal attention they need to grow, not just academically, but in sports, music and the arts, and ultimately as a well rounded, confident individual.
