Early Years Family Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Family Practitioner to join our team at Ruchazie Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children from birth to three years.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week over 4 days. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and ensuring the wellbeing and educational needs of the children are met. You will work closely with a group of children, driving their learning journeys and taking into consideration their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children from birth to three years
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the wellbeing and educational needs of children are met
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Drive learning journeys and take into consideration individual needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a HNC Childcare and Education or equivalent childcare qualification. You will also need to demonstrate compassion and kindness, as well as excellent communication skills.
