Impressions Care Agency has an interesting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper who is experienced in using Xero accounting system.

You will be working in a busy and supportive small team environment. The role will include the following,

  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into xero and filing into company records,
  • Matching payments and orders in Xero.
  • Reconciling to the bank accounts in Xero.
  • Tracking orders on Excel spreadsheets and checking that they are allocated correctly.
  • Entering invoices and checking them for accuracy.
  • Running payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Payroll reconciliation
  • Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the accountant of errors
  • Ability to create excel documents with complex formulas essential.
  • Ability to create reports in PowerPoint essential.


Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach are all key skills here, as is the ability to communicate confidently with team members in other departments and clients alike.
