DK Recruitment are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their client's team in Plymouth. This role will involve being responsible and taking ownership of managing the relationships between client, site and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for residents regarding queries, complaints and updates
  • To be a "friendly face," of reassurance and to ensure those on site are being courteous to the resident's experience of the project
  • Ensuring the residents are comfortable in their own homes and gathering any feedback to improve practice
  • Attendance at monthly progress meetings
  • Complete letter drops where required
  • Carry out photographic schedules of working areas prior to works commencing and post completion

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good time management and organisations skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Experience working as a TLO or RLO
