The Role:

As part of our Grounds team, you will have a natural passion
for the outdoors, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve
standards.

Prior experience of grounds maintenance and gardening is
vital.

But what we need from you?

  • To carry out
    duties as requested by the Head Grounds person, to required standard and within
    specified time limit.
  • To
    be available to work unusual shift patterns, to enable work to be carried out
    with the least amount of disruption to guests and the running of the resort.
  • To ensure all
    public areas are kept clean and tidy while completing jobs, paying particular
    attention to Health and Safety procedures.
  • To liaise
    with the Head Grounds person with regard to materials required to respond to
    the immediate needs of the resort.
  • To ensure materials
    and equipment are not mistreated and are used in the correct manner and to
    avoid wastage at all times.

Shift Patterns:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7 per week
  • Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
