**The Role**:
As part of our Grounds team, you will have a natural passion for the outdoors, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards.

Prior experience of grounds maintenance and gardening is vital.

**But what we need from you?**
- To carry out duties as requested by the Head Grounds person, to required standard and within specified time limit.
- To be available to work unusual shift patterns, to enable work to be carried out with the least amount of disruption to guests and the running of the resort.
- To ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy while completing jobs, paying particular attention to Health and Safety procedures.
- To liaise with the Head Grounds person with regard to materials required to respond to the immediate needs of the resort.
- To ensure materials and equipment are not mistreated and are used in the correct manner and to avoid wastage at all times.

**Shift Patterns**:

- 40 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7 per week
- ** Note**: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
