Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant (including but not limited to):
Drive new business development in the industrial sector.- Build and sustain robust client relationships.- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements.- Provide outstanding service to guarantee client satisfaction.
Qualifications for a Recruitment Consultant:
Proven experience in sales or recruitment.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Commitment to developing long-term client relationships.- Holder of a full UK Driver's License.
