The Agency

Operating for nearly two decades this specialist agency is widely regarded as one of the leading dedicated agencies in their sector. They work with a wide range of corporate and consumer clients in the Construction, Development and Property space (Built Environment) and have won awards and recognition for both their work and their workplace culture. The agency's corporate team is continuing to grow well and they are keen to add an Account Director to lead a small team, oversee an attractive portfolio and continue to assist with growth.

The Role

This is role that will see the successful candidate tasked with delivering national B2B/Corporate communications strategies covering Media relations, Social Media events and corporate PR. It's a role that offers exceptional scope for growth as the agency embarks on a serious plan to steadily grow their corporate team – something this role will play a large part in. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have expereince delivering B2B or Corporate PR campaigns at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
  • Have some expereince working with clients in the Built Environment, Property or construction sectors
  • Be a confident strategist, able to work consultatively with senior stakeholders.
  • Be a capable team leader, able to manage and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Have expereince operating as an integral part of a team pitching for new opportunities
