  • Develop engagement strategies that reflect an understanding of customer needs and customer intent

Education

  • BA/BS degree

Experience

  • Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Great knowledge of connecting Omni/ Multi channel user experiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You're a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have able to work crossfunctionally
  • Track record of operational excellence, creativity, and using analytics to get results

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of HTML and content management systems
  • Experience improving business efficiency through automation and processes
  • Ability to establish relationships with individuals and teams
  • Strong analytical skills to spot trends and make recommendations
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Must be selfconfident, decisive and selfmotivated
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; attention to detail is essential
