Rate: £29.52ph increasing to £35.65ph Umbrella after 13 weeks inside IR35

Job Description:

This role is for a Software Engineer who will maintain and develop automotive software controls for the Vehicle Propulsion Team.

Skills Required:
  • Programming language knowledge and systems engineering from requirement definition, traceability through the design to test and integration using simulated and target environments.
Skills Preferred:
  • Matlab/Simulink, C.
Experience Required:
  • Knowledge of embedded software development.
Experience Preferred:
  • Agile using Jira, Windows, Controls development.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Ability to respond positively on time limited issues and to prioritise several tasks.
  • Driving license.
Education Required:
  • Degree or significant software experience.
Education Preferred:
  • Degree in software related discipline.
Additional Information:
Hybrid working, on-site, typically 3 days and as required.
