My highly successful and market-leading client is seeking a motivated individual to join their Team as a Manufacturing Trainer.

Successful applicant will Transfer knowledge, skill and best practice to all employees on their shift, maintaining and updating alltraining records and work instructions.


Role:

  • Inducting all new employees to the company and factory processes
  • Training all new starters to become competent production operatives
  • Training and maintain manual Handling
  • Custodian of best practice
  • Update and maintain skills matrix
  • Sign off individual training records corresponding to the skills matrix
  • Coach and train existing staff in best practice
  • Assist Shift Supervisors/ technical department in any performance management training of production operatives
  • Constantly evaluate and develop best practices in training including methods to report on training data
  • Conducting training needs analysis for staff to utilise training
