My highly successful and market-leading client is seeking a motivated individual to join their Team as a Manufacturing Trainer. Successful applicant will Transfer knowledge, skill and best practice to all employees on their shift, maintaining and updating alltraining records and work instructions.
Role:

- Inducting all new employees to the company and factory processes
- Training all new starters to become competent production operatives
- Training and maintain manual Handling
- Custodian of best practice
- Update and maintain skills matrix
- Sign off individual training records corresponding to the skills matrix
- Coach and train existing staff in best practice
- Assist Shift Supervisors/ technical department in any performance management training of production operatives
- Constantly evaluate and develop best practices in training including methods to report on training data
- Conducting training needs analysis for staff to utilise training
